Not necessarily: Hematospermia (blood in semen) is almost always benign. It can represent prostatitis but also may not reflect anything at all.

Blood in semen: Blood in semen can come from either epididymis or prostate infection or even a localized urethral infection. See your healthcare provider for an exam and treatment.
