Possible migraine: If this symptom is intermittent, then it can occur in association or as prodrome of migraine. Some times even headache may not occur with it.

Long shot, but theres been plenty of times where I went to the ER thinking Im having a stroke, mri and ct scans are always clear, I get this numbness on my right side of my head some days it last all day others off and on and doctors has no answer?
