You : You are likely not ovulating. Without ovulation, the endometrium or lining of your uterus, is waiting for a signal from the ovaries that doesn't appear. If you are trying to get pregnant you would benefit from an evaluation to see if you are ovulating. This may include an ultrasound to look for cysts on the ovaries. Both polycystic ovaries (multiple small cysts) and a persistent single follicular cyst can suppress ovulation.
