Probably: Check your sperm count. Chances of having children are good with a normal sperm count. However, invitro fertilization or intacytoplasmic sperm injection into an ovum can greatly improve chances of procreation.

Yes: A low testosterone level can be a casue of male infertility. If you and your partner are dealing with infertility, you should should both be working with infertility specialists who will be looking at both female and male factors. If you have a low testosterone level, testosterone replacement will not help with fertility.
