Compress & neosporin: Clean the bite with soap and water. Cold compress, neosporin and watch for spread of infection: increasing redness, swelling, discharge and warmth around the bite site. Look for any signs of allergic reaction: increased restlessness or sleepiness, itching or difficulty swallowing or breathing. Any doubt, go to the emergency room or doctor immediately.
