Semen analysis: The most common tests are the sperm count, motility and volume. Multiplying these together givens the total motile count (tmc). Other important parameters are the sperm morphology and sperm survival test. More detailed, and somewhat experimental, tests are the dna fragmentation index and the hyaluronan binding assay.
