Infections : Infections usually spreads and might start to drain pus. It is also very painful.

Red, pain, or pus: That's the basics - if they're red, painful, or draining, that'd be concerning for infection. The thing that I am concerned about is that you have several cuts on your body. Be safe, get help if you need it.
