Timing: The only bite that might be significant is that of the fiddleback spider (loxoceles) which can produce a long lasting, necrotic defect around the bite. If you are several weeks past the bite, it is probably not important. Do you know what the spider looked like? This spider likes to hang out in dry basements and the eaves of houses, not the garden so if you got it outside it is not a problem.
