Sculptra takes time: Your recovery will be minimal, as sculptra is an office procedure (injectable). You may have some swelling and/or bruising that lasts a week or so, but nothing typically earth-shattering. Sculptra doesn't work instantly, though, and most results are seen after about 2-3 treatments (spaced 6 weeks apart), so don't wait until the last minute to get started.

Depends on age: Recovery is practically nonexistent. If you mean results, you should plan on several months. All is dependent upon your age and also how much volume loss you are experiencing. Botox will help tremendously with frown lines in about 8 days and hyaluronic fillers are immediate.
