Visible : Visible blood in the urine, especially associated with clots, is considered caused by a malignancy - a cancer - until proven otherwise. Its very important to have this evaluated by a urologist.

Problematic: Are you sure it is urinary and not vaginal? Infections of bladder or kidneys can cause this as can kidney and bladder stones and a variety of tumors. A urologist is the specialist to help sort that out.
