Another : Another option to reducing wrinkles on the face is Botox injections. Botox is a safe and effective method of removing wrinkles, "crows feet", and age lines around the eyes. I don't have much experience with laser skin treatments around the eyes and defer to my colleagues who do.

Safe: Fractional lasers are an effective treatment for facial wrinkles. Although risk of permanent scar and skin color changes is less than older lasers and deep chemical peels, improper use of a fractional laser can have similar complications. Seek treatment from a qualified physician (dermatologist, facial plastic surgeon, plastic surgeon) with ample experience in use of such lasers.
