Headaches : Headaches are very common, and they are caused by many things from simple tension, to sinusitus, migrain or a signe of more serious disease. In my practice most common cause of headaches are sinus problems, high blood pressure and migraine, a persistent headache not improved by common medication could be due to high or on occasions low blood pressur. My advise get your blood pressure checked asap and see your primary care provider. One doctor visit could have a great positive impact on all your well being.

?sinus infection: A sinus infection and/or sinus allergies can cause a week long headache. The diagnosis depends on where the headaches are in your head. Are they by the cheekbones and forehead? Those are the typical areas of pain if the sinuses are involved. Are you having fevers? Green or yellow mucus? You may need an antibiotic. See your doctor.
