Dosage: Yes. You are within dosage guidelines for both drugs. Read the labels carefully. Excedrin Migraine has Acetaminophen, Aspirin, Caffeine in it.

Yep: You can take 600 mg of ibuprofen up to every 8 hours. Excederin contains aspirin, tylenol (acetaminophen) and caffeine so it is not the same as ibuprofen.
