Most : Most women finish growing at or soon after puberty between the ages of 11-15. It is unlikely that you will grow taller at the age of 19, but not impossible. There are no realistic options for growing taller. Certainly eating a healthy diet and taking care of yourself are important to reach you maximum height, but especially if you came from parents that were shorter(especially you mom), then 5'1" may be your genetically programmed maximun height. As for you boyfriend, 5" for an erect penis is about average, l contrary to what you might see or hear from people or porn. No over the counter herbs, supplements or medications can really enlarge the penis(some medications do dilate the blood vessels in the penis in essence helping it be "bigger" or harder...That is the mechanism by which viagra (sildenafil) works, but this only works in people that have problems in the first place and would not be helpful in a healthy 19 year old.

Bones fused?: If growth plates fused, no. , stretching, exercising, supplements nor dietary modifications will cause you to grow taller. Your tanner staging (puberty), bone age, general health, hormones, parent height are factors that determine your adult height. At 19 it's unlikely that you'll grow, but not impossible. A bone age will determine, growth potential and if a candidate for growth hormone.
