Warts : Warts are caused by human papilloma virus( hpv). Treatments entail killing the virus infected tissue. In the office, this is usually accomplished with liquid nitrogen therapy(freezing) or tca (acid). At home, you can try salicylic acid products and a nail file. There are other home remedies such as dr. Scholl's wart-ease, and duct taping the wart every day(the evidence for this is not great). Many warts will go away on their own in time over two years, but many don't. Speak to your doctor about options for treatment and a plan.
