Do allergies sometimes cause a fever?

No: By themselves, allergies don't cause fever. Getting a secondary acute infection of the sinuses due to congestion and blockage of the nose and nasal passages may lead to fever.

On occasion: Not common, but uncontrolled allergies can sometimes cause symptoms like weakness, fatigue and low grade fever. Seasonal allergies are also called "hay fever.".
