Red Cross: Speak to your local red cross representative. They may be able to do testing, or refer to you a hospital where you can be tested. The procedure for harvesting a bone marrow sample is often painful, as you have to pierce the iliac crest in your hip to get to it. This will be anesthetized, but it can still often be painful.
