Bladder neck spasm.: Pain at the end of urination, especially if it radiates to the tip of the penis, are usually due to spasm of the bladder neck. This can be due to infection, irritation, or overactivity of the bladder and urinary tract. If this persists see your physician for a physical exam and urinalysis. Describe carefully the character of the pain. If it worsens, evaluation by a urologist might be necessary.
