See MD for help: You need to see a primary care physician initially for exam & lab tests, especially urinalysis and STD testing if sexually active esp. if not in long term monogamous relationship. There are many possible causes of this burning at the end of urination, urinary tract infection, urethritis, tiny polyp in the urethra, std type of infection and more. If pain is severe, go to ER, otherwise see MD
