Sugar: You may have a cavity that is irritated by the sugar in the cookies. See your dentist to have any possible cavities evaluated.

Possibly cavities: Carious lesions have bacteria which produce acid when you eat, thereby causing you pain. See your dentist to have them restored before the pain gets worse.

Sugar: There can be two issues here, the sugar in the cookies and the cookies themselves. If you have a dental cavity, the sugar can cause an immediate response. The cookie itself may be packing into the cavity or between the teeth which can also cause discomfort. Best suggestion is to have a dentist examine the area.
