Get him examined!: He may have a fracture in the orbital bone under the eye. It is very thin and easy to fracture with trauma. When he blew his nose, there is now a connection between his sinus and orbit. If the fracture is large or affecting his eye muscles, he may need surgery to repair the orbital bone.
