Cod liver oil? NO.: Cod? Are you asking about cod liver oil? Cod liver oil is a good source of omega 3 fatty acids. Some forms are good sources of vitamin a and d, but many forms have had most of the a & d removed. It is not a good source of vitamins c, e, k, b complex or minerals and thus not a "multivitamin source.".
