Early or late?: This depends on the age of the scars and you skin type. Early antiinflammatory therapy with Hydrocortisone cream and/or salicylic acid may help, mature scars may benefit from leaching agents, peels, laser therapy, ipl, dermabrasion, and more depending on the qualities of the scar.
