Balloon dilation: If it is uncomplicated and there is no mass lesion in the sinus, this is a very effective procedure.

FESS: Balloon dilation may help certain issues. Fess is a very effective treatment for chronic maxillary sinusitis especially if other sinuses are involved, ask your treating physician.
