What does very low blood sugar do to someone's disposition, inhibitions, etc?

Mood changes: True hypoglycemia, where the blood sugar is measured by a lab as less than 65 mg/dl, could make someone feel very tired, confused, or irritable. Some patients with diabetes may even become combative. There are other symptoms, too.
