Hypoglycemia symptom: The most common cause of low blood sugar or glucose is from use of diabetes medication --insulin or sulfonylurea. When blood glucose is <60 mg/dl (threshold different for everyone), two sets of reaction occur. 1) brain can't function -- confusion, dizzy, fatigue, emotional, slow reflexes, even coma, seizures. 2) adrenaline increases-- fast heart beat, tremors, hungry, sweating, nervous, hunger.
