? demand ?: According to state and federal laws, the custodial parents are have the right to relevant data on diagnosis and treatment of a minor. If the individual is not a parent or otherwise granted status under law, the information is private & disclosure illegal. Once the patient is no longer a minor, the patient determines who has access to the information unless the courts have authorized a custodian.
