Graft survival: Over all graft survival at 3 months is 85%, 1 year is 77%, 5 years is 54% and 10 years is 36%. These don't mean all were rejected. They could stop working for a lot of different reasons but rejection is one of them.

Rejection: That is a difficult question to answer, but a lot of information can be found on the iptr web site. 1yr immunologi graft loss rates are 2.1% for spk, 5.5% for pak and 6.0% for pta, but individual results depend on immunosuppresion and compliance with medications.
