Is pain on the arch of my foot connected to my heart?

Probably not: Decreased circulation to the feet can be painful. If there are no discoloration, temperature changes (coolness, cold) it probably is not. See your doctor as soon as possible if you have arch and calf pain with prolonged walking or going up steps, or have pain in the feet in the middle of the night that wakes you and causes you to sit up and let gravity help flow blood back to your feet.

Not likely: It may be due to poor circulation but not directly due to your heart.

Not directly: The pain may be related to circulation, but there probably is no direct foot-to-cardiac relationship.
