No: Although kidney donors may lose a small amount of blood during their surgery, this doesn't usually cause anemia. In terms of red blood cell production, this is driven by a hormone called erythropoeitin that is made by the kidney(s). Research has shown that the remaining kidney is able to compensate and produce enough erythropoeitin to maintain red blood cells and avoid anemia in the donor.
