A member asked:

If i don't get lasik eye surgery, does that increase my chances of getting an eye disease in the future?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Having lasik laser eye surgery is not preventative of future eye diseases. It simply reduces or eliminates the need for vision correction.
