Get diagnosed first: There are a number of things that can cause what you describe in the ankles. This is a very nonspecific symptom. I recommend that some one with your problem be seen by your primary care doctor or a dematologist so that a definitive diagnosis & appropriate treatment can be started.

35 year old male 236 pounds 5'9. I've been noticing my skin has be extremely dry and itchy lately. It's the summer where I am now. What could cause this. Also I don't know if related but my ankles seem slightly swollen randomly . Any ideas?
