Options first?: First, find out all your treatment options. Particularly important is long term prognosis. If you go ahead with particular treatment, does it adversely affect esthetics or adjacent teeth? Sometimes it might be a better, more conservative, & better approach to remove the tooth and replace it with an implant retained crown. Consult with both a restorative dentist & a periodontist before deciding.
