Primary First: You may need to see a neurosurgeon if the pain progresses or there are any signs of something more serious going on. Usual treatments include non-operative measures, physical therapy, exercises, chiropractic. If the pain progresses may need therapeutic maneuver, e., g. Injections or even surgery.

Spine surgeon: It can be a neurosurgeon or other spine surgeon. It is important to find out a bit more of your symptoms prior to considering an operation. Would recommend failure to non surgical modalities before surgery.
