Maybe: If you can see clearly up close but not in the distance the problem is likely myopia, or near-sightedness. You can correct this with glasses, contacts or laser vision correction. See your eye doctor for confirmation and advice.

Yes: Yes. You can get checked for glasses, contacts, or even laser eye surgery. If your vision is blurry at distance, you should be wearing correction when driving or other high acuity activities.
