Normal range: From your listed points, the child was at the 21% for weight at birth and 36% at 3y. His length was at the 90% (hard to get good measures then) at birth & is 72% at 3 years. These are well within the normal range for growth in kids. He is a bit leaner & taller than his age equivalent peers.
