Take them: The best thing to do would be to start with day 1 on wednesday and take the whole packet. What day of the week you start on doesn't really matter.

Take at end of pack: You can take the 3 pills at the end of the 3rd week, then take the last 7 pills. This will set your schedule to a sunday start. To be safe , i would use condoms for the rest of the month.
