It may be allergies: Try to determine if there is a known trigger causing your runny nose. Keeping a journal might be helpful with this. Also try an over the counter antihistamine for a week and see if you notice an improvement. Ultimately you may need to see an ENT for further evaluation and you might even be a candidate for allergy testing.
