Proper diagnosis: I know my answers to many questions are similar but the questions are similar. You want to know why your nose runs and why it hurts. There are several possibilities. Nasal allergy, nasal polyps, deviated nasal septum, over use of nose drops are but a few. So my answer is find out what is wrong. See the appropriate physician and have the correct diagnosis made.
