Have a runny nose all the time but don't have a cold and it runs down my throat a lot of drainage what can i take?

Nasal drip: Try over-the-counter zyrtec or Allegra or generic antihistamines and see if it improves your postnasal drip. If not see ENT or allergist to get a allergy work up and prescribe nasal steroid or antihistamine.
