No.: Leukopenia is a low white blood cell count in blood. It has nothing to do with changes in the urine. Leukocytes and protein in the urine can have many causes. Some are simple like infection or kidney stones, but there are many other causes. This should be evaluated by a kidney specialist if it persists.
