No rash, no blisters, nothing but a burning sensation on my backside butt?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nerve: Burning pain is usually a nerve pain. One thing you need to be aware of that shingles may present with unpleasant sensation w/out visible outbreaks days before one occurs, so be on a look out. Nerve irritation not caused by shingles may also cause similar symptoms. Ice/heat application, topical rubs (i like capsaicin), Ibuprofen may help alleviate your symptoms. If blisters occur, don't delay!
