Depends: Usually you really need to see a specialist who know what tests to run and which are not as important. It really depends who is in that clinic and what tests they are able to order.

Free clinics: are generally designed to help people stay healthy with preventative care, and to treat active diseases. It is unlikely that these state and federally funded programs have the resources to offer fertility evaluation and treatment, but they may be able to point you in the right direction to an independent fertility specialist.
