Need to alternate?: Are you making sure you are taking it on an empty stomach? Are you taking synthroid (thyroxine) brand and not generic? Both those things can affect your thyroid hormone level. You may need to alternate 112 with 125 if you are doing those things already, you may have a very sensitive system.
