I'm taking 1 tablet daily of 125mcg synthroid, which was changed up from 112 mcg synthroid. what can i do with the 112mcg synthroid so that i'm not going to waste them? i was thinking that i can take 2 of the 112mcg synthroid in place of the 125mcg?

No, that will be too much Synthroid to take 2 x112 instead of 125 mcg as prescribed, will be almost twice the dose. Talk to the pharmacist about best use of your remaining 112 mcg pills and take for now the 125 mcg pills as prescribed.
