Looks like hives: It is very rare to have just a hives from food allergy, usually also have itchy/swollen, lips/mouth/throat, nausea/vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, etc. The hives can occur anywhere, usually appearing within 1/2 to 2 hours and resolving within 24 hours.
