Avoid cold: The cold weather is causing your blood vessels in the hands and feet to clamp down reducing blood flow. Keeping those parts warmer is the only thing you can do either through clothing, staying inside, or moving south.

Warm, possibly meds: Bundling a good start. Try hand & foot warmers at ski or outdoor shop or online. Look like little baggies, powder in it. Put in gloves/boots to warm hands/feet. Learn how long you can be out & take inside breaks to warm up. If really needed Doc can Rx "calcium channel blockers" which help some patients. Consider tests for diseases like lupus present in a few patients with Raynauds. Hope this helps
