Scar Excision: It depends why its bleeding and what the scar is from. Sometimes, replacing the scar by excising it and starting fresh is the best option.

Get help: Normal scar do not bleed easily. You should see a plastis surgeon, occasionally cancers arise in scar tissue and must be treated.
