No "easy": I'm really sorry that this serious health issue wasn't addressed earlier as it should have been. Topical benzoyl peroxide 5% 2x/day is your best friend, but acne on the trunk usually won't clear without systemic rx. This may include adding tetracycline, or if you are offered Isotretinoin consider doing it. Acne must be managed until it self-cures. Best wishes.
