A member asked:

What are some recommendations to heal deal with back pain/headache?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Therapy/medication: Initially a short course of anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxers, and massage can help. Physical therapy can be prescribed to work on posture, gentle exercise, traction and modalities such as heat and ultrasound. Sometimes injections can be used to help decrease the pain and facilitate therapy. See your physician if your pain lasts greater than 2 weeks.
